GYMNASTICS: say hello to our brand-new Gymnastics Class! This class is for everyone, whether you're working on your first pull-up or fine-tuning high-level skills. Each session will focus on drills to build strength, technique, and progressions, followed by a short WOD to put those skills into action.6 week skill programming

KIDS AGES 4-10: A class with a maximum of 08 kids, consisting of 45 minutes sessions of active play through age appropriate fun and games with an expert kids coach! These classes are a great way for your kid to make new friends, try new things and build their confidence in a fun, supportive environment.
